Բարեգործական ծրագրի շրջանակում ամեն տարի մի քանի տասնյակ կրթական հաստատություններ անցում են կատարում արևային էներգիային։ Նրանց թվում է Շիրակի մարզի Ազատան համայնքի Արփի մանկապարտեզը, որտեղ հաճախում է 29 երեխա՝ 6 խմբերով։

Ազատանը նախադպրոցական կրթություն մինչ 2014 թվականն իրականացրել է դպրոցում տեղակայված երկու խմբերում, իսկ արդեն նոյեմբերի 21-ից բացվել է Ազատան համայնքի <Արփի> մանկապարտեզի նորակառույց շենքը:

Երկհարկանի շինությունն ունի բոլոր հարմարություններն ու համապատասխանում է նախատեսված չափանիշներին` լոկալ ջեռուցում, առանձին խմբասենյակներ, սրահներ, խաղահրապարակ, բարեկարգված ու ցանկապատված բակ:

The installation of 3 MW power plant was made with 60 blocks (inverters). The Power plant is equipped with accident-prevention systems to avoid short circuit, non-sinusoidal currents, overvoltages, abrupt voltage changes, zero wire breakage problems, and other failures. In the surrounding area was installed an earth ground loop with a resistance less than 4 ohms for AC and DC circuits. The generated capacity is transferred to the "Spandaryan" substation.
